Ezek a feltételek leírják, hogyan kezeli a Cruise a weboldalon küldött bérlési, transzfer és egyedi útvonal kéréseket.

Requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a request does not create a confirmed booking or require Cruise to provide a service. Cruise must personally confirm the request before a booking exists.
Personal confirmation
Vehicle or similar, availability, route, price, pickup and return details, and payment arrangements are confirmed separately by Cruise. A website estimate is non-binding and is shown only when an approved stored daily rate exists.
No online payment
No online payment is taken when a request is submitted. A payment method and any amount due are agreed separately after Cruise reviews the request.
Rental duration and vehicle preference
The minimum rental period is 72 hours. A selected vehicle is a preference, not a guarantee. If this model is unavailable, Cruise may offer a similar vehicle for your approval.
Driver eligibility
A driver must provide a valid driver licence and meet the eligibility requirements confirmed by Cruise before a rental is accepted. Providing a licence does not itself confirm eligibility or a booking.
Customer information and journey details
Customers must provide accurate contact, pickup, return, timing, passenger, luggage, and journey information, and must follow the pickup and return instructions that Cruise confirms with them.
Transfer Service and custom routes
Transfer Service and custom-route submissions are requests only. Cruise confirms the route, timing, pickup plan, availability, and price before the service is accepted.
Prohibited use
The website and any requested vehicle or service must not be used for unlawful activity, to submit false information, or in a way that interferes with the service or another person.
Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Cyprus. Mandatory consumer rights and any jurisdiction rights provided by applicable law are not excluded.
